Ali-Norton III was awful, especailly watching Norton's agony after realizing he had been robbed of the undisputed championship he was never to hold. He was technically champ after Leon Spinks refused to fight him, but hardly anyone recognizes that, and in his first defense he lost to Holmes in one of the top 10 heavyweight bouts of all-time. One of the more unlucky fighters in history, and probably the greatest heavyweight never be recognized the undisputed champ.

It was 117-111 and he should never be allowed to judge another fight.

I just found this read up on this fight between John David Jackson vs Martin Camara.

[b]Martin Camara had been down 5 times but in the 11th caught Jackson and had him out for a 10 count. He was declared the winner by KO but an hour later the referee bizarrely said the round had alreayd ended. Later, the WBO then called it a no-contest in perhaps one of the biggest robberies in boxing history.

In the pro ranks, I'd have to say Chavez vs Pernell, the simple fact being that NO ONE disputes that Pernell won that fight. Other robberies in the past have people on each side of the fence, but there is absolutely no one on Chavez's side of the fence for that decision, which is amazing seeing as how popular JCC is.

Some decisions I thought were complete robberies...

James Toney vs Sam Peters 1 (Had toney winning 8 rounds)
Tito vs Oscar (had Oscar winning convincingly)

Dave Tiberi vs James Toney (Toney came in out of shape, gassed, and pretty much dominated)
I'm so glad to see someone else thought the same as I did about those two fights!

Julio Cesar Chavez vs Juan La Porte
    James Toney vs Dave Tiberi.

Hey ICE, that's your 3rd JCC fight mentioned on this post. He must make your list of all time least favorite fighters.

Not at all bro i respect JCC but Whitaker fight was robbery the La Porte fight alot of people had La Porte winning including myself and was considered a very controversial decision and Taylor fight well theres two sides to that arguement but imo that was robbery also.

Agreed with you on previous post that he was losing to Taylor, but still don't think it was robbery on that one.
