How does that change how Hatton would do against say Williams with an extra 10" reach advantage high output offense IS defense fighter?
I don't think the size of Williams height wise is important, look at Maussa or Tony Pep. Goodnight to both of them.

Williams has other attributes granted but height/reach shouldn't be an issue.

Completely different builds, completely different styles.
Whether or not Hatton could nullify Williams reach advantage is moot to the question at
hand. PBF vs. Hatton tells us NOTHING about how Hatton will handle Williams reach and output.
