This is probably one of the reasons why there is some doubts on Mayweather being number one. He can't always convince everybody that he has won the fight. Pacquaio, on the other hand, had won his fights convincingly against Morales, MAB, Solis,Ledwaba, etc. Mayweather is very skilled but not very convincing. I love to watch his fights though.
The reason that's a ludicrous statement is the fact that Pacquaio has flat out lost before, more than once. At worst, even if Floyd would have lost the decision in this fight, how would that place Manny above him, considering he also has lost? Not to mention there was no rematch clause in that fight and Floyd immediately gave Castillo a rematch and beat him undisputedly.
Yeah but I would watch a Paquiao fight any day before MaywZZZZzzzzz.

Have Pac jump up to 140 and see how exciting he is
And what does that prove he is in his weight class, why would he do that in time When he cant make weight then that is a diffrent story.

Mayweather is fighting way higher than his best weight class because that's something that you can do when you're the best. Watch any of Floyd's fights from 140 and down and you will see knockout power combined with superior ability.

Floyd at 147 or 154 would be like Pac at lightweight or junior welterweight. Pac's problem is that he isn't good enough to win at those weights because he would lose a lot of power while moving up and Pac without any power would be a garbage Pac. Mayweathers good enough that he can keep going up in weight and compensate for his loss of power by outboxing opponents. Pac can't, so he stays where he's at.
