Anyone elses neighborhood gone to shit?

The area of the capital Cardiff that I now live in is pretty quiet and a nice place. The town of Caerphilly that I originally came from in the South Wales Valleys called Caerphilly was decent enough but at times could be like the Wild West. Not really guns but certainly violence at times.

Though in the early 90's an Ice cream van driver got shot during the day for playing his music loud after waking up a man who had been sleeping after a nightshift working.

I'd of done the same thing. If I would've came home from my tough factory job and I can't get any sleep because some fruity music is being blasted by some guy (probably a pedophile) who won't get a real job, i'd have the same reaction. Atleast he didn't shoot him over not doing the dishes (like someone around here did to their wife).
