Without a national body, don't expect the state commissions to do much about this. California has done it in a small way, but the insurance is meager. I don't know if it's because you have posted on the subject before or if Daxx let a secret (maybe not) out of the bag when he alluded to the fact that you were the one who started the fight for reform but your post does have a familiar ring to the way it is written.
