Admittedly, it's kind of a forgettable list. Ismael Laguna and Eusebio Pedroza are the ones that mostly stick out. But Panama has had 23 world champions, and with such a small population, it places high on a "per capita" basis.Panama #2? I know Duran was great but I'm a bit stuck after him!Yeah. CC back, Big Dan. Actually, you made me think 'cause the thread title is "Top 3 Countries with Great Boxers." Not all world champions have been "great boxers" (see John Ruiz). So in retrospect, I'd move Panama, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela a bit further down the list.
