VD, the people that led the outrage cries against vick were more than likely animal rights idiots (not acitivists, because they cross the line many a time). They bitch about deer hunting just as much because "you're killing them in their home" . The media may not play up their (the animal people) anti-hunting stance as much as their anti-dogfighting stance and thats the media's double standard, not people who led the charge against vick.

The people who followed and complained once the story broke will give their two cents about anything (like blacks and whites alike condeming the duke guys for "rape") and there's been negative comments from boths races aired on tv towards vick. They've only showed black people, most of which are high profile athletes or celebrities, support vick and that I agree is bullshit because there's a lot of white people out there that would have similar views in the rural south. It's not white vs black, it's just the media being the media and making it seem like that.
