I wasn't comparing Gatti to Hatton i was simply explaining that heart alone isn't going to win you a fight and Gatti is an example of a boxer with plenty of heart but few wins against the top guys.

The only way Hatton has a chance is if he uses his jab against Mayweather to back him up and then apply pressure and use his punch output efficently rather than trying to throw the kitchen sink at Floyd like Chavez. If Hatton trys all that hugging shyte he will get either a sharp right hand lead in his face or an uppercut. He needs to be paitient and wait for oppertunitys to open up.

The mistake that a lot of these guys make when they have Floyd on the ropes is they throw far too many shots and only his gloves and elbows and then when they rest for a second Floyd goes to work efficently landing single clean punches. If Hatton can keep Floyd on the ropes and pick his spots then the fight will get mighty interesting but i dont think Hatton is a paitent enough fighter he likes to play to the crowd too much and he doesn't exactly ue his jab all that often.
