No way does he hit harder than Cotto i've seen quite a few fights of each fighter and i can tell you there power isn't even comparable Cotto is much harder hitter than Witter and the only way this fight would happen if Witter moves up to Welterweight which i don't see him doing and would he be less effective at Welterweight like Hatton was ??
If he moved up I dont think he'd do it the "wrong" way as Hatton said was the reason for his bad performance..

But I dont think Witter would move up just now, he wants to solidify himself at 140 first
