This Is How I See Hatton vs Mayweather Fight Going.

Three things i see:

1. Hatton is alot stronger and has more power than Chevez

Not sure I agree with that. I think that Chavez had a shitload of power...but he just isn't or wasn't as quick nor as pressing as Hatton is & will be. I actually think that Hatton comes in a bit slimmer than usual & tries to force Floyd around the ring...but I think that Floyd has already proven durable enough at 147 & at 150ish.

2. Hatton has alot quicker handspeed/footwork

Agreed...but not enough to stop Floyd or beat him. I do think that it'll be a good fight & for Hatton's legacy...I hope it aint a total blowout because if Floyd just slaughters him (ala Corrales) or works him like he did Oscar (that's right...I was there & he did!) or outhustles him like Judah ( ) then Hatton haters around the world will drag him through the mud.

3. Chevez didnt keep the same pace as the fight went on, something i feel Hatton will do.

Correct on Chavez...not sure if I'm on the same page of assuredness that Hatton can keep his standard blistering pace as usual. Hatton's never been hit on the button as many times as Floyd will hit him & Hatton has also not faced anyone near that skill level...when he did face someone that was a half a** accomplished boxer like Collazo...he looked piss poor.

Also...think back to the Urango bout...there was alot to be desired there too...then again...many felt Floyd paled against Oscar...which, IWHO, is total dookey.

I think Floyd wins by 7 rnds to 5. But it will be a close hard fight.

I agree that it will be a hard fight...but not sure about the close factor. Hatton will come in head on & Floyd just backs up & peppers him.

Floyd has been hammered to the ribs on numerous occassions & rebounds just as well when popped in the noggin.

I honestly don't think that Hatton pulls the power at this weight anymore...also...this aint Castillo that Hatton's gonna be facing.

Like it or not...Hatton's facing the best fighter on the planet & it's gonna be put up or shut up.

It was Floyd's punches that stopped Chavez's workrate in later rounds and to be honest Chavez set an almost unreal pace over 100 punches in 3 rounds i think it was and 90+ in most of the other rounds except later rounds when he started to get busted up by Floyd.
