Well there are millions of things to do and everyones different but for me personally I saw myself lose my little gut I had and gain muscle when I started eating right and running on a daily basis. All of the other things I did helped too but my main thing was running. I didnt get smaller either, I was on my way to Arnold Swatzanagger (check the spelling ). But cutting out a lot of the junk food will help a lot too. Maybe that will help. A lot of people will probably post on this one, so you should get plenty of feedback.
