However, once May 13 rolls around and Hatton wins (remember, my opinion) then the demand for a Hatton - PBF fight is going to be louder then ever. Why not leave his options open for just a month or two? I mean why is there a rush for Margarito. That's not the fight that has been hyped up since last June. Seriously, we don't even know the specifics of this contract yet and we're calling Floyd a coward for nt signing? That's ridiculous. Eventually, Margarito will get his shot. Personally, I would love to see him fight Judah because I think that would be a Margarito coming out party, something he hasn't had yet.

I'm just thinking in the big picture. I want PBF - Hatton as soon as possible and I don't want Floyd's hands to be tied once EVERYONE is calling for the fight (May 13 ). THEN Margarito can get his shot. It's not like he doesn't have time. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't he only 27?
I'd rather Mayweather fought Margarito now. And Hatton defend his WBA title once in America.

That way it'd be a much bigger fight. Outside of Manchester, Saddoboxing, and Die-Hard fans, Ricky Hatton isn't that famous.
I'm trying to be honest here!!!

That would lead to two Undefeated Fighters Unifying their Alphabet Belts, with both being MORE famous, because one defeated a Mexican fighter (Margarito) and the other is a White fighter (Ricky) who fights exciting! Boxer vs Brawler!

So Mayweather should take the "easy" Margarito fight and lead Floyd to build his name further. And Hatton to build his name with at least two fights here. It' be an easy fight to sell from there. And I think HBO wants it that way too. They signed Hatton in a 3 fight contract deal, one for Collazo, one probably one easy defense of the belt he may win from Collazo, and one for Mayweather.

But I'm afraid that Pretty Boy is waiting two weeks to ask for a Oscar "Olden Boy" de la Hoya fight. And fight that old geezer, rather than Ricky Hatton.

But the best we can do is wait. I'm patient, unlike this writer. Nobody would sign a fight contract that soon.
If Mayweather signs for Hatton, that's great. If he signs for Margarito, that's great too. For Oscar? I would rather he [Floyd] picked on someone his own age. I think HBO wants to wait a little bit longer with Hatton, so don't be surprised if Margarito is all Floyd has for an option.

Actions speak louder than words, I'm waiting for Mayweather's next move.
