We will see what Floyd does after this fight, presuming he wins. If he turns down the winner of Cotto Mosley,he will be ducking them. There is no other excuse. The winner of that fight will become the best WW in the world imo.

Cotto's resume would look like this: Urkal,Judah,Quintana,Mosley(and he's only 26/27 and will be at WW for years to come)

Mosley-Cotto,Oscar(those 2 names alone would seal it for him) but also,Collazo and a few other decent fighters.

Mayweather-Judah,Mitchell,Baldo(one of the worst champs ever,no disrespect) and maybe Hatton who isn't top 10 at WW.

"Baldomir is a decent fighter, wasn't in the slighest bit dangerous and shouldn't be trumpeted as an impressive win for the P4P best fighter in the world, silly to make out otherwise."- Fenster

Could not have said it better myself.

Sure Floyd had to take this fight but that was at 140 primarily. If he didn't take the Hatton fight now,no-one would have said anything,it came as a surprise that he was taking the fight especially when there are so many live fighters at 147.

Like I siad, what happens after this fight is most important and probably going to define alot of legacies.
