They look pretty real to me. But this will give him time to pay off that stripper a million (or however much she wants) to retract her story and come out and say they were fake.

I think they are real no matter what ends up happening. I also dont believe that Oscar is "laughing and joking" about the whole situation. If he thought it was so funny he'd just go with it and not be paying a "high power" lawyer a "high power" salary.
