Don't worry about it bilbo, the statement in bold could just as easily be turned against him as racist as it implies that black people get special treatment in society and that everyone goes out of their way as to not offend them.

Yup agree completely, and if I would have said most white girls are hoes and sluts he would most likely have agreed.

I've never understood how say a Colin McCrae or McCann joke is acceptable where you are making fun of an individual person explicity but make a tongue in joke generalisation about a minority group and some people (nearly always white themselves) will feel the need step on a soap box and announce how unracist they are as if that makes them better than you.

I regard myself as being truly unracist and therefore don't have any weird hangups about offending certain groups because they are a different colour than me. Thinking its ok to make jokes about a man and his son killed in a helicopter crash but not ok take the piss out of someone from a different culture is just a little wack to me.


But don't get me wrong, I laugh at the McCrae jokes too
