Ibragimov drops a place,and Williams drops out the top 10, to make way for Lyakhovich.




I agree with this, except that I thought Lyakhovich's performance was a lot more impressive than Rahman's, so I have Lyakhovich at #2 and Rahman at #3. I also think Lyakhovich would beat Rahman in a head-to-head.
