ICB, I personally would have both Norris & Jackson as punchers/agressors. I find it a little hard to see either one as something other then that.

It was said that it was like watching Picasso paint.

I said: "Watching 'El Flaco Explosivo' was like watching a painter go to work on a canvas. I mean every stroke of the brush is like a straight right hand of Arguello slowly creating something of nothing and building up every step of the way. Every punch was precise every latteral movement was to a tee with an exceptional sense of direction" -CutMeMick

Arguello could have fought 100 years from now and still been one of the greatest ever. Just a timeless boxer, awesome boxer and very much out of the South American mould.
CC#913 amat you are spot on....
And to think someone had the decensy to downgrade Arguello.

Arguello was fantastic fighter to watch one of my favorite fights of Arguello's is Olivares vs Arguello and Mancini vs Arguello both classic fights i always wanted to see Sanchez vs Arguello there was talks of that happening just before Sanchez died that would of been classic match up but i would of chose Sanchez by decision.

Sanchez was great, and i would have picked Sanchez over Arguello at the time, Arguello a couple of years earlier would have beat him tho for me.

Julio Cesar Chavez and Salvador Sanchez would have been a hell of a fight!
