I'm currently at university so i'm going to inquire if there is a boxing at campus.
Is there anything I could be doing now? Theres a gym up the road which I could to but where do I start? On the treadmill? Weights?
Also my diet isn't exactly great and I wan't to get rid of my beer fully fast! My eating habits aren't really regular and I tend to eat whenever i'm hungry. Would 3 square meals a day, accompanied with exercise be enough? Or is there a way to really shed the pounds?
