And he took on Lacy when Lacy was dubbed potential King of the division. To top that he is taking on another potential King in Kessler to decide the undisputed SM championship.

Yes two mandatories, but how many other fighters has he faced and defeated If the WBO didn insist he fight the mandatories why would he be bothered. The people that complain about Calzaghe not taking mandatories are the same fans who discredit other fighters for taking mandatories and say "why doesnt he take a real fighter besides these petty mandatories." And they probably were among the otheres who gave credit to Hatton for leaving the IBF title to fight what was seen to be a better fighter in Castillo. Give Calzaghe a break, if u reckon he's a bum wait for Kessler or somebody else to expose him and then ul have ur evidence. Until that point uhave no right to say he's a joke.

Niel sinclair v Danny Santos , look at Sinclair's record after this fight , it tells you it wasn't to soon for him , but that once again uncle Frank got him an undeserved shot .

Actually I believe what he was saying was,that if the WBO was a legit sanctioning body,theyd have threatened him with stripping his belt for not taking his mandatories

Ah man it wasn't ur spelling at all, it was just me misinterpreting the sentence was all.
I was at the Manfredo fight myself. I spent top dollar gettin to the fight only for the three main fights to all be ended before the end of round 4!
Luckily the undercard was good and all boxers at the event were friendly and willing to entertain outside of the ring aswell.

When it comes to mandatories, the IBF is a joke
Wlad Klitschko obliged the IBF and fought Ray Austin. It might as well of been Ray Hatton

Honestly,the IBF stripping its champion for not fighting their 'mandatories' is by and large a regular affair.

Oh come on. I would rather see he take on decent challenges instead of the likes of Freeman Barr. In that time he has taken on some decent fighters that were a lot better than some of the mandatories but upon him.
