I'm all for people being free to smoke what they want to but there are laws and if you get caught you're going to get the book thrown at you especially if you're already in trouble.

IMO pot isn't 100% bad...it's like any other controlled substance like beer, liquor, or tobacco, some people can use it to little effect and not hurt anyone and others just can't control themselves on it.

And yes tobacco is something that is addictive but once again I file the repercussions of use under PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY! And yes I have had people in my family die from cancer....but it's not like if they had never smoked they would have lived forever anyways.
