I didn't have taylor winning but i thought he fought admirably. He faced a hard punching, boxer with tons of heart. Taylor actually impressed me that he could take such hard punches.

There are some posters on this board like Ice Cold and Danny that cant deal with logic. There was only one fighter in the ring tonight if you listen to them. Hell, I've got an idea, lets put a mirror in one corner and kelly in the other and he can box himself for the next 5 years. According to you two, thats exactly what should happen. before the seventh round, I thought to myself these are two very evenly matched fighters. Both strong, although I give the explosiveness advantage to Taylor. They both got strong chins. I have to give the technique to Pavlik. He seemed a bit more poised.

I was actually shocked how fast the KO came.

Bring on the rematch, even though I think pavlik would take it again. I mean to come back after the beating he took in round 2 and put taylor away in the fashion he did in round 7 is just amazing! Taylor is saying the the reason he lost is because he expanded to much energy in round 2, which is dumb to me cause pavlik was the one having to take all that shots in that round, so shouldnt pavlik have been worse off after that round. I think there was a mental thing to it all cause taylor threw everything he had at pavlik and he just took it and kept on comming forward, that's got to be a mindfuck right there for a fighter. The whole fight from the ring of the bell had me at the edge of my seat and I couldn't believe my eyes in round 2, I thought it would end in a knockout but I didn't think it would come that early, and well it didn't cause pavliks got some huge cajones and major heart, and jt's got my respect too cause he came to fight!

Well to be honest I just saw him fight Miranda and I became a fan instantly. Pavlik has the demeanor of a genuinely good guy aside from the fact that he is a monster puncher in the ring that I like. I admire humble powerful punchers like Pacquiao, Tua and Pavlik is one of them
