Pain killers for the trainer on the go
i had an ingrowing toe nail that i had for 3 years because i was to scared to go to the doctors and i had to take ibuprofen out with me on nights out because of people standing on my toe, i eventually had to go to the doctors and got an immediate appointment due to the nail piercing through my flesh and growing out of the side of my big toe it was agony, the pints of blood i was loosing due to the constant trickle of blood coming out of my toe didn't help either
