on that note I fell Manfredo was stoppe prematurely against Calzaghe. Lets get this ref for that Calzaghe vs Kessler

It is the best fight I have seen in a long time. I will also have a second look right about now

To come back and score a knockout after that is just the stuff of legend. There's a rematch clause, and I look forward to it. I could definitely see Taylor taking the rematch if he fights more relaxed. He seemed to get too anxious at times and waste punches.

Anyway, enough of my rambling....where do you guys see this as an all-time fight? I'm about to watch it again.
Dont forget Tony zale/Rocky Graziano triolgy of battles
    Robinson vs.Lamotta series
    Duran vs.Barkley
    Hagler vs.Hearns]
    Hagler vs.antuofermo 1
Monzon vs.Valdez 2...........Are You Talking all time Title Fight Or ALL middles...?
Pavlik Is Going To Make alot Of Noise And Great Tv While Hes Around.I Dont Think Taylor Will Again Claim championship.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. should not be known as the pound for pound fighter. They should change his title to pound for pound best defensive ring person or something like that.
If you people think Mayweather/Hatton will be anything like this you phukers need to wake up something fast.

And to all you d1ck heads who say I am obsessed with Floyd Mayweather Jr, you are wrong. I am dissapointed in you people who think he is all that when he is not.
Again change his title to capt defence or something and I can live with that. I can not live with him being called the best and better than Ray 1 or 2.
Miss me with that fake title. Specially when he took belts from washed up fighters who were way past their primes. PBF accussed Hatton of fighting guys who were old? That is about as bad as "The Pot Calling The Kettle Black".
Hey idiot, do you know anything about boxing?

I was talking all-time mideleweight fights. You named some good ones. It's too bad not all of the LaMotta/Robinson-Zale/Graziano battles are on tape for comparison, but by all accounts those were some great ones. I'd say Pavlik-Taylor goes above the St. Valentine's Day Massacre just because the latter was a one-sided butt-kicking, entertaining but too one-sided for me to put ahead of Saturday's classic. I'd also put it ahead of Hagler-Antuofermo I. Hagler-Hearns and Duran-Barkley were probably better. I have not seen Monzon-Valdez II, thanks for the tip.

There have been many great fights in the history of boxing. Pavlik-Taylor would be proud to be mentioned in with them. I agree it was one of the best fights I have seen in many many years. Props to both fighter. I personally would have that fight in the top ten.

If he can capture Strum's and Abraham's belts he will be a legend. That happening if he defeats Taylor in the rematch.

To think Jackson was wining the fight (at least in my card he was) and then BAM!

I remember a low blow in the 5th round and that seemed to fire Gerald up when he got up Jackson landed hard overhand right then Gerald comeback with his own right hand an even better one then left hook almost sent Jackson through the ropes that was brutal.
