Remember Taylor-Calzaghe has been linked for ages. Taylor said he was going ringside for Kessler-Calzaghe. Taylor vs Kess/Calz would have been a massive fight, but obviously Pavliks ruined that so he can take Taylor's place...and make for much better fights to boot.
