one thing i liked about Barrera was the footwork,, at times it was brilliant , when Pac would set , Barrera would take on step back and piviot.. was very effective for evading the big pacman onslught .

Well said. His footwork was excellent in this fight. He fought in circles instead of simply moving in a straight line back and forth. But his hand speed and tentativeness cost him big. He wasn't sharp on his punches and Pac had too much speed for him. As far as HBO...they always go back and forth on jocking particular fighters (i personally think Steward is the best of that crew). Never been a fan of Lederman.
