First of all, why do you want to resize the photos?
Saddo has a Module installed that resizes any photo posted here wether you use the embeded feature or use the attachment feature. I don't suggest using the attachment feature. It sucks and it sucks bandwidth even though I am sure Saddo has enough bandwidth fo' shizzle.
PhotoBucket and Flickr are both good places to make your own personal photo albums and then you can share them on the web for friends to visit. No need to resize and people have the option of viewing your photos in all their glory. Which of the two sites do I perfer? I would have to say Flickr IMO is better than PhotoBucket.
If you insist on resizeing them, I can upload a program for you called
Batch Image Resizer which IMO is the best and fastest way to go about resizing a bunch of photos in one fast swoop.
I hope this was enough info. If anything is not clear, holla back.
I like to use
http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/
to upload photos to then post on forums because you can upload more than one unlike ImageShack. I thought I would just throw this tid bit in.
PS.
Here is the program I was talking about.

Peace.
PSS. I noticed the photoshot I posted above was not resized so I think Saddo has changed the options in the Module to allow photos to be shown in their actual size. I like that.
