Is a win at Washington that impressive? Beating Purdue?

I'm not sure who should be number 1. USF beating West Virginia is a good win, I'm not sure its a great win. And the Auburn that they played was a shitty Auburn, I hate Auburn but I have to admit they have improved a lot the last few weeks. Its still a good win because it was at Auburn, not sure it was a great win. And they could lose to Rutgers on Thursday.
Atleast they fixed the system so there can no longer be two #1's at the end of the year even after the championship game is played.
