Never. I take a day off a week thats it.
But thats a great idea with the weight plate on the chest, usually i just bust out 2-3 hundred crunches and hope.

One more, iv got naturally pretty good shoulders and lats, but i wanna take them a bit further, i do shoulder presses for my shoulders, but nothing for my lats (There between shoulders and neck right?) Any tips? And i promise il answer any question u ever have about boxing technique/stamina training or pure Cardio. I'm only young but i have plenty of expierience in those fields!!!
