Ye thats true, but if you are skilled and have a lower body fat percentage it makes a big difference, imagine if your head to head with a boxer in skills, and you want to be lighter on your feet, less fat would make a difference. That's why alot of boxers go on strict cutting diets for a short period of time, and then they maintain it by upping their carb intake
