No!!!! Its because this happened 4-5 years ago and he never tested positive for a banned substance even at the time of the incident.

The only people being punished are the ones who are testing positive. You cant intelligenly punish someone in sports when they passed all the required tests.

Mosley even took lie detector test and he passed with flying colours.

Lie detector tests don't mean squat! And JT,if Shane admitted to it,what more is there to say??

Admit what? if he was taking a banned substance than it would have shown up in the pre and post fight screening, since there was no protocol or standard devolped for designer growth hormone, there is nothing that can be done about it. Its quite simple really

Gamo do you have a source on this? As far as I can remember he never actually admitted to knowingly taking a performance enhancing drug with the purpose getting an illigal advantage. At least in the article I read it sounded more like he followed the trainer's instructions and was not aware there was something wrong.

Yeah,he admitted to taking to taking it but took it unknowingly,supposedly. In the same article,he said he was "a health freak". Quite strange for a health freak to take an illegal supplement....

I take it you dont know much about designer Roids and Groth hormone do you? Just because I admitted to killing someone they wouldnt or couldn't convict me unless the evidence was conclusive and beyond a reasonable doubt... If they were testing for a basic Roid or Hormone and Shane passed the test but had other undetectable substance in his body than he passes the criteria.. You cant go back and punish him since "Technically" he passed the tests and there is no hard,concrete evidence just a confession, which again dont mean a pile of dookey unless there is conclusive evidence to go with it You following me now?

There is no such thing. A steroid is a steroid. Shane did not take a "different" steroid. It was changed chemically to pass testing. They were still steroids. Of course, we can't go back and punish him, but we can change or reassess our opinion of an athelete who, in a sport where power, speed, and stamina are necessary for success, uses sterooids to get an edge over his opponents.

Really if thats the case then how come I can admit to a killing or a robbery, but I cant be convicted on that alone? I'll tell ya. UNTIL THERE IS EVIDENCE TO TIE ME TO THE CRIME, THEN AN ADMISSION OF GUILT IS NOT CONCLUSIVE ENOUGH...... THATS A FACT!!!

Well now your chasing your tail on that one, if it was the same kind of steroid than it would have detected, so while you put your foot in your mouth since you agreed with my post saying it was a "designer" Steroid, so which is it a Steroid or a "Designer" Steroid?

His Character or public opinion was not called into question here its why he wasnt punished by any of the athletic commissions.... you can question him all you want thats your perogative.

Stop over complicating the issue dude. You defend him vigorously because he's your favourite fighter,had this been someone you disliked,I doubt you would be so quick to jump in.
