Stop over complicating the issue dude. You defend him vigorously because he's your favourite fighter,had this been someone you disliked,I doubt you would be so quick to jump in.

You are the one who pointed to his popularity as being a gate pass for his lack of punishment.... Like that really factors in, tell that to Michael Vick the face of the NFL and most exciting player that his popularity should have been a gate pass.... Guess what he was accused, they had evidence beyond a reasonable doubt. So now he is awaiting sentenceing... thats how some one gets punished, so end it!!!

My being a Cotto fan has no relevance. I respect Shane, I just don't understand why he got off so lightly. I'll drop it now,but just admit Mosley is one of your favourite fighters and had it been someone you disliked,you would be jumping all over them.

Again Gamo the fact that I am a fan of Mosely has nothing to do with my response, I dont get why you are saying that I never endorsed Mosely "Cheating" whether he did it knowingly or unknowingly

Again you were not questioning his character or peoples opinion of him cheating, you asked why he didnt get reprimamndid, so like anyone else on this forum I gave an opinion based on fundamentals of basic law. I was not debating, I was not endorsing Mosely cheating, I was offering up a logical viable response based on the history of law and conclusive evidence. I did not make an excuse for Shanes actions...

I'm not biased. Had this been Margarito/Cotto or any other fighter,I would have reacted the same. I can almost guarantee had this been Margarito/JC or any other fighter you disliked,you would be calling for their head. And please enlighten me,are you a lawyer? Do you know alot about law?

If Shane beats Cotto,he beats him. I don't make excuses or start calling the fighter who beat my fighter "average" or other silly terms just for the sole purpose of demeaning them. That's not my style. I'm done discussing this point,there's nothing else for me to say.

No I'm not a lawyer, IYO does that diqualify me from being able to interpret the fundamentals of law this isint a tough one... We have an admission, we have a fighter that passed all the tests administered to him and declared clean at the time. outside of that you have 0 evidence, technically there is nothing to tie Shane to cheating even know we all know he did and admitted it. without concrete evidence or something substantial beyond a reasonable doubt, there is nothing anyone can do about it unfortunately... If it was Margarito or Calzaghe I would be saying the same thing. The problem is, if they try to suspend him he can counter and sue because they have 0 evidence only a clean drug test

Shane cheated against Delahoya, shame on him, if he had dirty blood or urine and they could suspend him I would be calling for his head. What if he was beating Oscar down and permanetly injured him from steroid use in that fight, its inexcusable...
