Mate 300 grams a day? Unless you weight over 200 kilos you don't need this much protein. In fact this much protein would do more harm then good. It would make your liver work way to friking hard!

To answer the main question. Raw eggs are good for you. I have 5 a day mixed in my protein shakes, don't think I could eat them by themselves. Yuk. I always leave out the yolk though and only use the egg white. Too many yolks will raise your cholesterol levels.
