lol Why not just cook the eggs and eliminate the problem right there and then?
Eggs are known to be a very high quality protein but eggs shouldn't be your main source because they contain so few grams, an egg white contains 3 grams of protein.
300 grams is probably not needed unless you weigh 220+ lbs, the body can only use so many EAA's so alot of that protein will not be absorbed.
