I have to admit something about Mayweather.....

Though I am not a fan of his I will say this about Floyd....

Aside from his accomplishments he impressed me this year by fighting DLH then agreeing to meet Hatton in Dec...Floyd did not have to fight Hatton and TBH no one would have thought less of him if he did not other then some Hatton fans claiming he was scared of him....

I always said Floyd did his best to take the easiest route in success if at all possible but truth is he will fight anyone anytime...He proved that in 2007......

That in no way means I am trying to say I doubted Floyd's abilities because he has them all no way to deny that...He has also fought some tough guys like Corrales and JLC but at the time those fights were necessary for him to get ahead in the game....

Like I said I am still not a fan but will admit when I am wrong and this year Floyd proved me wrong....

Fighting a guy like DLH above your weight class then another P4P fighter shows he is more then mouth if called out.....

There's nothing wrong with being a Floyd fan...quite beatin round the bush. Say it!!!! SAAAAAY IT!!!

Im Mayweather fan and im not ashamed to admit it i love watching fighters like Floyd brings me back to good old days of watching Pernell Whitaker.

As far as his in ring attributes I am a fan....It is just that he acts like such an a** outside the ring I can not bring myself to be a true fan...

Perfect sense.

Pretty much...that's the way I feel. I love him in the ring. He's literally like a chess player (as cliche as that sounds) as far as working things out on the mat. He moves his men around & cuts the ring down like a science.

Outside of the ring he acts like a chump & a thug. Fans generally get attatched to a boxer & expect them to act with some decenscy & respect outside of the square circle...Floyd's a hard man to like. That being said...it's not like I want to be friends with the man...so it really shouldn't matter...but as a fan...you (or atleast I) want to be able to discuss boxing & your favorite fighters...with Floyd...you can't argue when someone calls him a piece of S*** or an asshole.

TBH I have seen Floyd away from the cameras with minimal press around and he is not a bad guy..the second questions are asked or a camera is taping it's like a switch turns or something inside the guy?............

IMO a lot may have to do with he knows he is not a draw and figure maybe the only way to change it around is have fans just despise him to the point they tune in just hoping to see him get his AZZ kicked?
