Everybody's opinions should be valued as the contest is only as good as the people participating in it.

I know you didn't day this but saying you play for free so if you don't like it don't play isn't helpful or warranted.

Everything in life changes and develop and as this contest (hopefully) grows more and more the participants may decide that some changes will make things run even better.

It's not an ungrateful attitude or a slate at Boxing Gorilla or anyone else.

If nobody ever wanted anything to change we'd still all be living in huts made of straw and animal dung after all.
small changes are fine a total overhaul is fine but if it is because they didnt read the rules before playing then that is i'm afraid moaning

but what do you want changed?
To be honest on reflection I'm fairly happy with things the they are. I think maybe the points system is a little bit too in favour of KO victories, i.e 15 points for getting the correct round whilst only a 2 point loss from 6 if you get it wrong.

By contrast it's the same 6 points for a win, with 7 for a UD or 10 for SD or MD but get it wrong and you drop 4 points and get just two.

I think you should get 4 if you make a points prediction and get it wrong rather than just 2 as it's out of line with the KO's.

Regarding the change of opponent now I know the rule it's not a problem to me. But it does reward players who have more time on their hands and are able to get onto the website all week round as opposed to others who maybe wouldn't have time to check to see if a change of opponent has occured and whether they should alter their picks.

For those people with such things as a social life outside of Saddo's then it's probably fairer that any change of opponent fights are voided.

As I said before I'd also like to see more domestic fights but I guess that everyone feels that way wherever they are. And you are quite right about BG obviously not having the knowledge to know which fights in every country are going to be competitive.

Overall I'm happy and would continue to play with or without any rule changes.
