Lol, this happens to me all the time while I am walking my dog.

I will be in the park thinking no one is around. It usually starts out throwing a few odd punches, but then I usually end up getting all focused and intense.

Sometimes I try to do footwork around my dog as she tries to bite me, she always attacks me when I shadow box

More often than not someone ends up walking by and sees me doing this. It's awkward.
