3 minute superman hold
pm:
1 round w/ wrist roller
1 round w/ neck harness
3 rounds punchouts w/ 5lb dumbbells
2 rounds shadowboxing w/ 5lb dumbbells
1 round of footwork w/ dumbbells (mostly working on weaving/slipping)
1 round of defense only *sparring* (gave my girlfriend a pair of gloves and let her beat the crap out of me)
