I don't know much about Marquez, but he seems like the type of fighter Mora needs to start measuring his skills against before moving up to challenge the elite of the division.
A vet like Marquez would do Mora's record some good...the thing is...even though Marquez has slipped late in his career...he quite possibley could still be enough to be Mora's foil.
