The mirror is my best friend when it comes down to practicing full body coordination. I break my entire punch/feint/block/whatever, down into steps if I cant see the relationship taking place in realtime. If I cant get it in one fluid motion or if it feels weird i might take out one of the parts in the movement. I like to go through the movement without throwing a punch just to work on footwork and core mechanics.

Now for speed, agility, and stamina... Jumping rope; experiment with new things like 1 foot, jumping forwards and backwards, jumping laterally, any pattern you can thing of, vary speed and anything and everything you can think of. Let your mind have fun with the rope.

Get either small rings or dots you can place on the floor and jump with both feet together in the middle of the dots/rings. You can jump laterally through the entire pattern or jump and rotate your body in midair while moving through the dots/rings. Focus on jumping as soon as your feet hit the ground. Make up challenging patterns that are designed to work on fast paced jumping along with long distance jumping, make the pattern vary throughout almost like a race track, if your into racing.

Lemme know if this helps at all or i need to clarify something.
