Cintrons freakish power will be the difference IMO. Williams has better defence and movement than he gets credit for and that was the reason Tony couldn't get to him early on. Cintron though, has become a very good patient boxer who sticks to the script and like I said, just too much power. Pauls vulnerability on defence in the later rounds when he begins tiring(if Kermit gets there) could very well be his downfall.
