I don't see what the big deal is about N'dou's comments. He is simply giving his opinion and he is known to be a talker. That's how you get anywhere in boxing. I mean, look at Paul Malignaggi. This guy talks better than he fights and has gotten a belt without fighting anybody but Cotto, who severly disfigured him. N'dou makes some sense, at least when he talks about Paulie. The referee did hinder N'dou and Paulie holds as much as Hatton does (I was there!!). It's not even smothering his opponents. It's simply throwing a quick combo and holding when his opponent is about to retaliate. As for his comments on Hatton-Mayweather, he's not saying anything different than what many people, including the experts, are saying.
