It's going well, I'm doing it 6 days a week now, working up a real sweat. I've lost a few pounds already, actually 1200 if you count the ones in my wallet

But I'm enjoying it and that's the main thing. You should try it. I bet you'd be good at sliding up and down a long pole

The third chapter would be 'Coping with jealousy, living in the hobbit's shadow.' and JT Rock could write a special introduction

Perhaps the fourth chapter could be "Two Egos Collide: The Eyeless Mexican against the furry-footed midget."
