You grossly underestimate Hopkins' speed and ability not to get hit... I would say Winky has single punch hand speed, and is harder to hit that Calzaghe, and Hopkins was able to counter him. Look at Bika ... all Bernard Hopkins needs to do to make this a tough fight is come in with his head, and It doesn't matter how strong you are, you can be tied up. Evander tied up Tyson, Hopkins will be able to tie up Calzaghe, but they both will be doing that. 5 years ago Hopkins wins this by a margin, but right now I say its really close.
I'm a hopkins fan!
But as i said Hopkins advanced age is going to work to his detriment in these potentail fights.
Even Hop isn't ageless. I really don't rate the win againbst Winky, i feel Wright was totally weighed down by the move to LH and that he lacked speed in every dept.
I'm not underrating Hopkins, but Joe will win, i have absolutley no doubt.
