Paulie didn't have the power to really do anything against Cotto, but he was hitting him a lot, and looked similar to how Mosley fights in some aspects. I agree i even remember Paulie rocking Cotto in 9th round i believe Paulie sure did hit him alot his speed gave Cotto problems but he couldn't dent Cotto difference is Mosley has the speed of Paulie and the power to stop Cotto.

But i disagree with Mosley cutting easily i can only remember him being cut vs Forrest on the forehead when he was headbutted.
