I'm sat on the fence for this one myself because there are so many factors to consider, but the biggie for me is, and prob is for most,can Rob raise his game from his recent stuff, although the scrappy contender fight should not be the point of write off, as for me Brinkley was just as bad if not the instigator of "The Maul And Brawl In The Hall"...

But Rob Reid was honest re himself, his timing his fitness and condition...plus obviously the lay off, but he don't look shot just yet, rusty yeah, but I don't feel he's totally run dry, Im hoping not at least....and if he can get a little of the old Robsta magic back and providing he has put in the other factors correctly eg diet, roadwork,the gym, bags, pads, and the sparring has been good enough....Then I think he has the class to pull it off, the win that is lol.....it is his last chance saloon, so why not go to the well a last time with a big big bucket and drink it dry for a big final push (providing it aint dryed up that is)

But to win, he must if all things are equal set the pace of this bout if it's possible, as Froch likes to do that himself and for me don't look comfy when taken outa step, Im none too keen on Froch or his style, though his style so far has served him well.....

Also read that Froch is again waxing lyrical already with regard to fisticuffs with Joe C , and although this kinda hype and hopes of money talk always goes on in boxing, fighters can slip up because they go out to chase the pot of gold, before first having there breakfast.....

I think he should be more focussed on the task in hand ie Rob R, unless Froch deems it really is gonna be that easy for him....then if it is, he can get in line for a lottery ticket and hope the Joe C domestic slant favours him over other fighters out there ... but for that to catch the imagination he needs a big and impressive win over Rob Reid this week, he must do a number and not just pick up a name in Reid....

But obviously Reid will have something to say about that....hopefully with a good performance, but I think we are now heading into the times of Froch being found out, maybe or maybe not in this fight with Rob R, who knowes, but sod it, at the last min I've decided I'm gonna be picking Rob for this one , but thats with my heart, and not the old garden shed speaking lol..
