Put the judges in isolation booths with video feeds from multiple angles, and no commentary. I agree with Spicoli they need to hold not only judges more accountable but they need a better review board to look at suspect calls. Like the NFL has in place(Mike Pererra) they review all the controversial calls and confront ref's and judges when necessary. The ref's that have good records get to go to the playoffs and superbowl etc, once a year hold a meeting with officials and review any concerns and work as a whole to correct them.
