I am the John Kerry of Boxing Predictions. I will change my mind at least 20 times between now and fight time!?!?!

I most likely think it will be typical Floyd and the first 6 rounds will be close then Mayweather will pull away over the last half, just as he has done in many fights.

BUT,

A) - I wouldn't be surprised if Floyd won early. I still remember Hatton being caught and dropped by a Magee counterpunch. I know he's improved since then but it happened....

B) - It would not be a complete shock if Hatton stopped PBF with a (barrage of) belly shots at ANY time during the fight. Maybe I'm reading too much into the Castillo result but it happened....

C) - I can see Floyd picking off Hatton and cutting him up, knocking him down and winning late on. Punches hurt a lot more when you're walking into them. Floyd could conceivably win almost every round - with knockdowns - before finishing off a spent Hatton sometime after halfway. Corrales was going to take Floyd into the trenches and that may still be his best outing....

D) Hatton storms into Floyd from the first round and puts a beat down on PBF - a la Kostya. Whether Mayweather goes the distance or not won't matter as Rickys' intensity, pressure and under-rated boxing skills causes his opponent to fight against a tide he cannot stop....

I think it's Floyd but would not be surprised by anything in this fight. And thats what makes it interesting for us fight fans
