It seems slightly premature to start talking about unifying titles, when all you hold is an interim title... Especially as he would by no means beat Guzman nor Soto.
How longs he held the interim title? if a boxer holds an interim belt for over 4 months he should be declared the champ. cos were getting situations were a champion is defending his world title title mayweather WBC against hatton and only last week mosley lost his WBC interim belt. why do we need interim belts? if the champ cant make a defence against the number one challenger withing a year, strip him, then he can get installed as number one contender.
