back in the day of true fighters people would fight people 20 pounds heavier then them and it wouldnt be as big a deal as people make it nowadays.

People say Roy Jones couldn't hang with a heavyweight, alright it was John Ruiz, but people said that the body mass would be too big despite Roy's talent being bigger.

Roy beat him.

People even said Tarver could beat Hopkins because Hopkins was weighing in at 157 and stuff for Middleweight fights.

I think Hopkins is very skillfull and would fight a very defensive and boring fight.

And I don't think people give Hopkins enough credit for how much strength he has. He is a middleweight super middleweight light heavyweight but he has the strength of a heavyweight to muscle people around, I don't think he'd do it to Haye.

But I haven't seen enough of Haye to know the kind of style he has.

But Hopkins is an all time great and if anyone could find a way to win in that kind of situation then it would be him.

And by the looks of the comments here the only way Haye would win is if he landed the one huge shot.
