I am just baffled as to how people see Mayweather stopping Hatton? Cuts is a slim slim possibilty, but there is no way Mayweather will KO Hatton. I see this fight going a few ways.

1.Mayweather by decision. Picks Hatton off at arms length and a great jab.

2.Hatton by TKO. Smothers Mayweather to the point where he can't throw. A bit like Calzaghe-Manfredo. Not necessarily badly hurt, but due to Floyd's ability to slip, doesn't throw back when cornered.

3. Hatton by decision. The judges prefering active aggression over reserved, accurate defence.

the odds? I'd give 1 65%, 2 30% and 3 5%

Mayweather is a healthy favorite, but not unbeatable.

I would be most surprised if PBF knocked out Hatton, i have him winning a decision for sure but if Kostya couldn't stop the Fatman then i don't see PBF doing it. PBF by UD in a fight he will find as tough as they come.

Ya can't look at it that way, man. Look how hurt that Collazo had Hatton. LC was 1-2 good punches away from having Ricky outta there. Kostya Tszyu never had Ricky that hurt. And Collazo is feather-fisted compared to Zoo.

If you notice, Ricky doesn't dominate the younger or fresher guys with his swarming aggression. Against the older/fading guys like Zoo or JLC, it's effective. They can't keep that pace. And it opens up opportunities for Hatton.

But against Collazo, Urango, and ultimately Floyd, Ricky is the one fading late.

Hatton has the style to beat Floyd. Why?
1. Constant pressure
2. Hard body shots (Castillo fight)
3.Can and is not afraid of getting dirty. (KT fight)
4.Smothers opponents.
5.Great Guy

Well he can beat Floyd, but I don't see him doing it. Being a great guy won't do it, unless he can hypnotize Floyd with his charm and beat him up

Fighting dirty won't be tolerated here like when he did it to Kostya with his refs, plus Floyd doesn't get dirty and Hatton doesn't punch people in the nuts for no reason, so it'll be a clean fight. Floyd's been smothered and they didn't win, though Hatton may be the best at it. He likes to hold extensively to get his position and I don't think the ref{depending on who it is} will let him go that route. I'll agree though with great body shots.
